Kevin Campbell from Anke arrived on time. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. His comments were based on experience, which he explained in a language that I could easily understand. His suggestions were practical and astute. I was not aware of his company before – fortunately for me, I followed his advice, and our problem has been (efficiently) resolved.
